Refund policy
We're really sorry you are unhappy with your item(s), and please be assured we will do everything we can to help.
In order to return your order, please email hello@cemjewelleryx.com and include your name, order number and reason for your return.
All returns are made via Royal Mail, and are £2.70.
You will not receive a refund on initial shipping fees.
All returns must be requested within 28 days of you placing an order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.
If you have had any free gift(s) in your order, and are returning the whole order, you must return the free gift(s) as well, otherwise you will not be granted a refund. If you’ve requested a partial refund, you can keep any free gifts.
All returns must be in an unused condition, otherwise we will be unable to accept the return due to hygiene reasons.
If your return arrives in a used or unacceptable state, then you will not receive a refund, or you can have the products sent back to you, for £4.
If in the unlikely occasion that a product is faulty, please email us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please email us with a photo and description of the fault. All 'claims' must come within 28 days, any longer and this will not be deemed as faulty.
PLEASE NOTE - Clearance items, and sample sale products are non refundable and non returnable.
