When will my order be sent?
Your order will always be sent on the next working day at the very latest, please be aware that working days are Monday - Friday, and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on which shipping option you have selected, delivery times vary.
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked should take 2-3 working days from dispatch, but if it has been over 1 week, please get in contact with us.
Royal Mail 24 hour tracked should be 1-2 working days after dispatch, but again if it has been over 1 week please get in contact with us.
Unfortunately we can't do anything until 1 week after your order was due to get to you due to Royal Mail policies, so if your delivery is over a week late, please get in contact with us and we can chase this up for you. If there is a delay, then I am so sorry as I want you to get your order as quick as possible, but as soon as the order has been dropped off, it is out of my hands, so please don't send abusive messages, as it's not my fault.
Can I change my order?
If you order hasn't been dispatched, please email us and we will do as best we can to help amend your order, but this is not always possible. After dispatch, unfortunately we can't amend orders.
How do I return an order?
Please look at our returns policy, and contact us at hello@cemjewelleryx.com to submit your return.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we can't do exchanges, you instead have to return your order, and then place a new one.
Can I go swimming and shower with my jewellery on?
YES! All of our jewellery pieces are waterproof and tarnish free so you can shower and go swimming in them.
Will my jewellery turn my skin green?
No! Due to everything being made from stainless steel, it wont turn your skin green!
Will my jewellery tarnish?
No! But please read the care instructions below to ensure this is the case.
How to I care for my jewellery?
Even though our pieces are tarnish free, please avoid using any harsh chemicals like cleaning sprays etc or perfume on our jewellery. Most of these items contain alcohol which wears down all jewellery, not just ours.
We also recommend using a Silver polishing cloth regularly (we sell these too!) as your jewellery can get fingerprints, water marks etc on them, but they easily rub off with a polishing cloth. P.S Even though they're called silver cloths, they still work on all colours of jewellery!
I have a question about a product, how can I ask it?
Please contact us on hello@cemjewelleryx.com for any enquiries - we will always aim to answer you withing 24 hours. Please don't message us on socials, as we may not see it due to individual platforms filtering messages.
Do you have good reviews?
Yes! The majority of our reviews are on TikTok Shop, Instagram stories, and here on our website! We have only just started to collect them on here, so there aren’t as many as on other platforms yet!
Can I post my order on socials?
Please do! We LOVE seeing your content, from unboxings to reviews, we love them all! Make sure to tag us in them so we can see!
Can I get PR?
If you know us at all, you will know our stance on PR already! We have a pinned video on our TikTok page about why we don't do PR, but we still get many requests every day! Please don't message/email us and get your hopes up, as our answer will be no.
